Product-oriented delivery

Pre-discovery
We visit our client to understand the challenges and goals of delivery. It gives us a holistic view of the project so we can brainstorm and co-create a solution. Working this way encourages a collaborative approach, so we know we’re working towards the same vision.
Discovery
We work with you to create a detailed project specification, from which we design and implement an expedited and risk-averse full-scale development process.
We have two types of discovery, dependent on project complexity: classic and product design.
- Classic discovery: A compact cross-functional team of system architect + business analyst + UX designer, who work with your stakeholders to identify gaps in specification and build a project roadmap.
- Product design: Our system architect, business analyst and UX designer work with your stakeholders to outline a product concept that focuses on end-users, competitors and the market. We then develop the product concept, prototype and high-level architecture – speeding up SDLC and boosting UX.
Development and solution implementation
Our custom application development services encompass analysis, design, development, testing and deployment. We use tried and tested processes and automation techniques that ensure a transparent, seamless and fast delivery.
- Solution implementation: End-to-end delivery and accompanying project management practices

Deployment and user acceptance testing
Seamless deployment requires best practices. Our deployment techniques encompass:
- Deployment to your environment, following agreed specifications.
- Creation of development, testing, staging and production environments and deployment to Azure/AWS.
We then make sure you know exactly what to expect post-launch, with rigorous UA testing that demonstrates the expected real-life experience and outcomes for your users.
